Wellington Mills Co-Operative is a committed, well established Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) managing 137 units set among attractive communal grounds and gardens in the London Borough of Lambeth.
Founded in the early 1970’s, the TMO takes a huge amount of pride in the homes it manages. The estate consists of 77 leasehold and 60 tenanted properties.
They are hoping the appointment of a permanent Estate Manager will drive them forward and further improve the way they work, to ensure Wellington Mills estate is safer, cleaner and an even better place to live.
