With exciting growth plans Square Roots is seeking an experienced and proactive Director of Housing and Property to join the leadership team in order to lead its services through a period of significant growth.
The role combines strategic leadership whilst remaining operational. From customer experience and regulatory assurance to investment planning, building safety and contractor performance, you will have the scope to make a visible impact across the organisation and help shape how this exciting for-profit housing association operates in the future.
Square Roots currently manages over 560 high-quality affordable homes and has ambitions to reach 900 by 2028 and 2400 by 2029 —making it one of the fastest-growing for-profit RPs in London. With plans to deliver 10,000 affordable homes over the next ten years, this is an organisation with serious ambition and the institutional backing to deliver.
