With exciting growth plans Square Roots is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Governance and Compliance Officer to strengthen governance, risk and regulatory frameworks. This is a key role supporting the Head of Corporate Services ensuring all organisation, legal and regulatory obligations are met and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Square Roots currently manages 437 high-quality affordable homes and has over 1000 homes under construction as well as a large pipeline —making it one of the fastest-growing for-profit RPs in London. With plans to deliver 10,000 affordable homes over the next ten years, this is an organisation with serious ambition and the institutional backing to deliver.
