Lampton Services is a company wholly owned by the Borough of Hounslow to deliver responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishments to the 16,000 council homes across Hounslow.
As Director of Repairs and Maintenance you will provide strategic leadership and operational management to the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services.
If you have successfully led, motivated and managed multi-disciplinary teams to oversee residential property maintenance and management we would love to hear from you. Experience relevant to in house maintenance teams and Local Authority trading companies is advantageous.
