Recruitment expertise on a budget

At Ocean Edge we’re well known in the housing sector for our spot-on executive search, but we wanted to offer our expertise to those clients who simply don’t have the budget or the need for a full search and headhunt.

That’s why we’ve launched a new ‘lighter’ service offering clients with our expertise in advertising and attracting strong candidates, all without embarking on a full search.

Wellington Mills – a small London based tenant-led housing organisation – approached us to help them find a Housing Officer. They had a small budget and just needed our contacts and expertise to promote the role and bring in suitable candidates. We offered a cost effect solution utilising our talent acquisition skills while they picked up the process from the shortlisting stage.
