Project Manager

Our client is a national organisation committed to tackling homelessness. They need an experienced Project Manager to represent their interests in a new build joint venture development in central London. While the physical delivery of the new build will be carried out by the developer partner, your role will be to act as the organisation’s main representative during design and planning, and through to start on site. You will input into design whilst engaging with various stakeholders including senior staff and homeless clients to ensure the specification of the complex new build meets the needs of the organisation.

You will need:

  • A recognised qualification or professional accreditation in design and development such as Architecture or Planning
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • A detailed understanding of the development process from a commercial and legal perspective
  • A comprehensive understanding of housing/residential development and management
  • Experience of the affordable and supported housing sector
