NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
(READING, BERKSHIRE)

We are a new residential management and development company seeking two Non-Executive Directors, with experience and skills in either finance or property management/development.

Although backed by the local authority, we are an independent and profit-driven business with ambitious plans to manage over 500 properties within 5 years and develop our own homes both for market rent and sub-market rent.

To help us achieve our aim, we need commercially minded business leaders with industry knowledge to input a fresh perspective, objective views, ideas and constructive criticism.

We ask for a commitment of one evening per month, which will fall to once per quarter after initial set up. In return, we offer remuneration of £5,000 to £8,000 per annum plus expenses.

If you have experience and ideally a qualification in either:

• Finance, auditing and accountancy ideally in the commercial sector

OR

• Construction and property in the commercial residential property sector
